Helpful Tips - Document Checklist

The following Documents will help you in filling out your loan application. They will also, most likey, be needed to build your file for approval.

• Most recent 30 days paystubs
• 2004 and 2005 W2 forms for all jobs held during past two tax years ended*
• Bank account and assett information (401K, pension etc.)
• Awards letter for income if retired or disabled etc.
• Other documents may be required

*Self Employed and Commission Income must provide most recent 2 Tax returns and Year to Date compensation. (P&L Statment for Self Employed).
